    - Tablet must be sent to us in a working order (in a state at least it powers on up to the Teclast bootup Logo and 60% charged)

    - Please send us a message to confirm our address after making payment

    - We will install firmware and return the fully working tablet back to you within 5-10 working days of receipt of tablet

     

PS: This service is strictly for the Teclast Tbook 16 Pro mentioned in listing and reinstallation of firmware only. Your tablet must be in working condition and atleast 60% charged. If you send a tablet for any other problem without agreeing with us first you will be liable to pay a minimum charges of £20 and the cost of returns shipping regardless. No other work will be carried out under this service. A separate quote must be agreed and paid for other repairs.
