The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the trader OneTech Gadgets (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company OneTech Solutions Ltd 19 High Street Carshalton Surrey SM5 3AP.
Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that apply and replace all other conditions, except in the case of ewritten exemption. By confirming your order, you unreservedly accept these general conditions of sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale have been designed to protect your rights as a customer and to protect our rights as a business.
You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions.
You warrant that: The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting us. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
We reserve the right to: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website
OneTech Gadgets webstore delivers to UK and Europe only. If you want delivery to any other country outside UK and Europe, please contact us for more information.
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check to see if the products delivered conform to your order or indicate if they are damaged, where appropriate, when you sign for your delivery. OneTech Gadgets decides on the mode of delivery except where if specially indicated by the client. The risks associated with delivery are the responsibility of the client. The client can request same day despatch if available (an order forwarded before 2 pm will be delivered in 24/48 hours for Special Delivery). These options apply to the U.K only.
Pre Order or Back Order
We will process your Back orders as soon as possible. The processing and shipping time is an estimate and may be affected by different factors beyond our control. For Pre Sale items we will process orders as soon as they become available.
We ship items from UK, EU and our international warehouse. When you select an item on product page an estimated shipping time is displayed. Please note due to COVID-19 there are some delays and shipping time may take longer than usual, therefore we advise you to allow extra time before contacting us. Standard UK delivery from UK warehouse usually takes 1-3 working days following the confirmation of your order. If your item is dispached from our EU/International warehouse it can take between 7- 24 business days excluding weekends and bank holidays. You can also chose faster shipping speed option if available when placing order. Delivery may take longer for areas that are not easily accessible and during busy festive season eg, Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
The Client must, as of reception, inspect the parcels within the legal timeframe. Please note, conditions such as "acceptance conditional upon verification" or "acceptance conditional upon opening of wrapping" have no legal value with insurers or with transporters.
It is the Client's responsibility to provide proof of missing or broken articles.OneTech Gadgets will strive to respect the stated delivery times, but cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and cannot accept the cancellation of an order on that basis. An order made for goods not in stock may be the object of a longer period of delay or a cancellation. If you do not receive your order within the given time frame, you must file a report with OneTech Gadgets not later than 14 calendar days following the dispatch of the parcel. An enquiry will be opened with the carrier. This may require several days. Please enclose proof of ID and a sworn statement stating the delivery address and declaring that the parcel has not been received. OneTech Gadgets is unable to give details regarding further action while the enquiry is underway.
About customs tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. OneTech Gadgets is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products by any shipping couriers as required by regulation of the destination country. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
Any disclosure, copying, distribution or use of the Trademarks are prohibited. OneTech Gadgets and OneTech Repairs are trade names of OneTech Solutions Ltd which is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Company Registration Number 09074848
Trademarks distributed by OneTech Gadgets and OneTech Repairs are protected by current laws and international conventions. As a consequence, neither Clients nor third parties can use trademarks without the express written consent of the trademark holder. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of the present General Conditions is not in any way such an authorisation.
All rights for usage of logos and trade names are reserved to OneTech Solutions ltd trading as OneTech Gadgets & OneTech Repairs
To cover the risk of loss, theft or other damages in transport that some of the products may be subject to, each party shall make provisions to cover such losses with its own insurance company. We advise customers pay correct shipping fees for extra insuarance.
No liability will be accepted for loss or damages, direct or indirect, whatever the cause. In no case will the Client, for any reason, withhold funds from an invoice for an incomplete delivery or for defective goods.
OneTech Gadgets remains the owner of the merchandise delivered until the payment is made in full. A promise of payment is not considered full payment until said payment has actually been processed. Any damage caused while in the possession of the client, should said client not have paid in full, is his responsibility. Should the Client deliver merchandise to a third party that has not been paid for, he is advised to immediately inform OneTech Gadgets
OneTech Gadgets aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
We accept products back within 30 days if they are faulty or significantly not as described on the web site. You need to notify us of all return requests within 30 days of orders. Once we approve your return request you must return your order within 5 business days and provide proof of return, eg tracking number with the name of courier or receipt showing this information
Faulty or incorrect products
Once OneTech Gadgets authorises your returns, you can send the product back to our after Sales service at your own costs for shipping and insurance.
If the product does not work please contact us, provide a fault description of issue as accurately as possible with the help of images and video clip. If a fault is established we would authorise Return.
When returning an item for refund or exchange, the item must be returned complete and in good condition (including original packaging).
- OneTech Gadgets will refund the item, including the cost of delivery.
- Items are to be returned to our address in UK
- Items are to be returned complete and in good condition, in their original packaging and including all accessories. Returns are inspected.
We then issue you a refund or dispatch a replacement product as per your request. We can not issue refund for digital products such as software licence once opened or used.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to OneTech Gadgets within 3 days and arrange collection and return. OneTech Gadgets is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
You need to send us photos of the damaged product and also the packaging. We then open a transport investigation with the courier which can take up to 21 business days to close.
We then issue you a refund or dispatch a replacement product as per your request.
Products must be returned in original condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their documentation, accessories (e.g. CD-ROM, cables, user guides, etc.) and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers. They must have their labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale.

Products must also be accompanied by a returns coupon and be sent by recorded delivery (e.g. transporter), regardless of whether they are the subject of a refund or a return to the After-Sales Service. If a product is returned without prior written authorisation from OneTech Gadgets, it will be automatically sent back to the Client at their expense.
Right of Withdrawal
If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to OneTech Gadgets within 14 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of OneTech Gadgets. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. Please note a restocking fees of 20% may also apply for such returns in some circumstances. Once we approve your return request you must return your order within 5 business days and provide proof of return, eg tracking number with the name of courier or receipt showing this information
OneTech Gadgets are not manufacturer of any products listed on this website. Most of the products sold by OneTech Gadgets come with a 1-year “manufacturer warranty”.The term of these warranties can be extended, and coverage is defined by the product purchased and the brand.
This warranty will not cover any unauthorised firmware/system update, hard factory reset, software and language issues arising due to inappropriate use, modifications or any other human mishandling including accidently dropping device, power surge, water damage and broken LED screens etc. "Mobile phones/tablets may be provided with custom firmware or rooted. Please note we need to open the box in order to test some products (Smartphones, Tablets) for Quality assurance (QA) to ensure they are free from faults and defects and English is set as starting language. We seal the product with our company sticker after products pass QA.
Repairs to products, whether they are covered by warranty or not, are guaranteed by the manufacturer or certified workshop. Whether the brand has operations in the UK or is represented by a third party is irrelevant.
Defective or faulty products must be returned directly to manufacturers or certified workshops.
Should you be unable to contact the manufacturer, you may return your product via standard post (or carrier) to the address given on your returns coupon.
OneTech Gadgets agrees to arrange repairs with its suppliers.
Whatever the problem, you must return your product along with a copy of the invoice, the warranty card (included in the original box) and the returns coupon.
Products are returned at the customer’s expense.

Product warranties sold by OneTech Gadgets do not cover:
- replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones and recording heads,
- incorrect or inappropriate use of products. Please read the user manual supplied with your product carefully,
- malfunction due to accessories such as power cables,
- defects and consequences following repairs by a person non-certified by OneTech Gadgets,
- defects and consequences due to incorrect use of the product, e.g. commercial purposes,
- defects and consequences due to external causes, dropping of device.
Please note that warranties do not apply to repairs for damage due to external causes, e.g. accidents, shocks, power spikes, lightning, dropping of device etc, or to the customer’s incorrect use of the product, e.g. product not installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, detrimental use of product, use of product for commercial purposes, use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables, etc. In all cases, OneTech Gadgets will not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty.
In such a case, the manufacturer will provide a quote for repairs.
Administration fees may be charged by the manufacturer if the customer refuses to pay for the repairs specified in the quote. Should the customer accept the quote, payment for the total amount of the quote should be sent to OneTech Gadgets via bank transfer, card payment or PayPal.
If the products received do not conform to the invoice, the Client must advise OneTech Gadgets immediately, or at the latest three days beginning with the date the order was received. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the Client's claim. Any claim based on the quality of a product must be accompanied by a specimen of said product containing the flaw as well as a sample still in its original packaging with the appropriate reference numbers for identification.
No claims will be processed that do not adhere to the above conditions.
Our products are offered while supplies last. The information on the availability of products comes directly from our suppliers and is provided to you at the moment an order is put through. We cannot be held responsible for any error or exceptional modification.
In the event that a product is not available after you have placed an order, we will inform you by email as quickly as possible so that you may cancel your order if said order is over 15 business days late.
In the case of non-payment of a delivery after the deadline, the sale shall be considered void eight days after notification by registered letter with proof of reception. OneTech Gadgets will claim the concerned merchandise without delay, with all associated fees and risks being the responsibility of the Client. Returning said merchandise does not negate the possibility of interest and damages.
When you order online, you’ll be offered a range of different payment methods to choose from.
• How can I pay with a credit or debit card?
Payment by debit or credit card is carried out on a fully secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted page held by our partner bank. This protocol ensures the full confidentiality of any information you enter. Online card transactions that are secured via SSL technology are therefore safe and not exposed to theft or piracy. All payment information is encrypted from the moment it is entered on your computer, to the moment it is received by the bank’s server. OneTech Gadgets does not retain any of your card details, which is why you’ll be asked to enter them each time you buy something on our website.
• How to pay by Paypal
We accept payment by Paypal:
PayPal is a fast, easy and safe online payment method where you can send money without sharing your financial information.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information using the best systems on the market for security and fraud prevention. When you use PayPal, your financial information will never be shared with the seller.
• Cancellation Fees:
If you made original payment using PayPal there would be 4.5% cancellation fees to cover our PayPal fees and administration costs. For other card payments there would be 4% cancellation fees. Cancellation can only be accepted if your order has not been processed and dispatched yet by our warehouse
• How to pay by bank transfer
If your purchase exceeds £1000 (delivery fees included), you can choose to pay by bank transfer.
If you choose this mode of payment upon ordering, you will be provided with our bank details and your order reference number. Then you can simply send us a bank transfer by specifying the reference.
Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
• What should I do if my bank card is refused?
Check your card’s expiry date to make sure it’s still valid for use. If your transaction has been refused, your bank may limit the amount you can spend on your card in a single transaction. You should contact your bank to find out more about your limit or to enquire about any other potential problems.
• What happens when my payment is received?
Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed by our teams. Once your order has been processed, it will be picked, packed and dispatched, provided that the products are in stock.
Except in special conditions requiring a special agreement, OneTech Gadgets.co.uk payment conditions are as follows:
a) Order payment by all major Credit/Debit card (Visa, Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, etc)
b) Order payment by bank transfer
c) Order payment by Paypal
Any of these payment options must first be authorised by OneTech Gadgets financial department.
Orders can be viewed when log in to your OneTech Gadgets account.
Your account information can be changed in My Account Information area of your account.
Either OneTech Gadgets or a User may terminate an Account. If OneTech Gadgets terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If OneTech Gadgets terminates an Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
OneTech Gadgets reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch Purchasers will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If a User terminates their Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and a full refund of any monies paid in relation to those purchases will be paid through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
One Tech Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Web Site resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
